OYSTER FARMING SYSTEM USING STICKS OR PICKING METHODS
Our primary activity involves cultivating oysters until they reach maturity for the local market. Starting from seed oysters at about 1 inch in size, we nurture them to a mature size of 3 to 4 inches over a period of 6 to 9 months. Additionally, we also cultivate hybrid oyster seeds that are proven to grow larger and fresher in both size and meat quality.
The oysters need constant care or else an entire crop can get wiped out. It is a race against time to get them safely to consumers. Here, we bring them fresh from the sea to your plate.
The farmed oysters need to be managed and monitored so that they are always healthy and can grow well. The usual process is to wash the oysters from mud deposits or floating weeds attached to the livestock.Our commitment to sustainable sourcing practices ensures that every oyster you receive is not only delicious but also responsibly harvested.
